11/17/2020 gratitude challenge! This week the students learned about gratitude and how to be grateful for the good things in their lives. They also learned how to be grateful for the lessons they've learned from things that aren't so good, like mistakes that have made them learn more or get better at something. I gave the students a 5-Day Gratitude Challenge and asked them to do one thing per day, for five days to really focus on people and things they are grateful for. All students who complete the Challenge and turn it in by Friday will receive a special treat from me! They can submit a picture to their teacher by email or bring it in.
Being grateful takes practice and needs to become a habit! We are happier and more productive when we practice gratitude. Give it a try! Write down one thing you are grateful in a journal or notebook for thirty days and see how much more you appreciate all of the blessings you have! Comments are closed.
